Spirit Week is in full swing which means the Homecoming dance is Saturday night. The dance will takes place from 7-10 pm in the small gym. Tickets are $5 with an ASB Card if purchased before the night of the dance or $10 without an ASB card and at the door. Tickets are on sale on the Paly Webstore or at the ASB Bookkeeper's office in the Tower Building. Guest Passes to the dance can be found at the link on-screen or picked up outside the ASB Bookkeeper's office. The testing center will be closing at 2:00pm on Friday because of the spirit rally. This Thursday at lunch, Sources of Strength will hold an open meeting in room P11. The meeting will feature stories of hope, help, and strength, and include real and important conversations. There will also be snacks. Everyone is welcome. Students planning to take an AP exam in the Spring need to sign up by October 31st. After that date, there will be a $40 late fee per exam, except for Macroeconomics. The King Institute at Stanford is hosting a conference from Oct 11-13. It will be in commemoration of Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birthday and titled "The Uplift of All: Gandhi, King, and the Global Struggle for Freedom and Justice."
