Paly choirs presents its 17th annual Madrigal Feaste December 7th and 8th. For those attending the Royal Tea Pre-Show, doors open at 1:15 & the performance begins at 1:30pm in the MAC. Tickets for the Royal Tea are $75 which includes Royal Tea Pre-Show & Preferred Royal Seating for the Madrigal Feaste. For those with General Admission tickets, doors open at 1:30 & the performance begins at 2pm in the PAC. Tickets are $15 for Students, Senior Citizens, and Paly Staff, and are $40 for Adults. This Thursday, December 5th, Paly Math club is hosting a guest speaker in room 862. Professor Brian Conrad from the Stanford mathematics department will explain whether there are an infinite number of Pythagorean triples and how to find them. There will also be free pizza. Next Thursday, December 12th, Writers Craft students will hold a "Poetry Elves on the Quad" event. Head on out for free poems, hot chocolate, and a raffle for a Book's Inc. gift certificate. Paly's UNICEF club is hosting a toy drive in collaboration with the Boys and Girls club of the Peninsula to donate to kids who might not otherwise receive holiday gifts. The drive will run until December 10th. Any new or gently used gifts, including dolls, cars, playdough, and other toys, can be delivered to the boxes found in various areas around campus, including the Mac, library, and student center.
